I normally like the brand, their pla is gorgeous and prints well. This TPU however has been a nightmare.Let me start by saying I love TPU. It's a fun filiment to play with, it's not typically very difficult to print in, and blows people's minds with what you can print in it. Last week I printed a large Reptile mask in Inland tpu for fun and potential cosplay. One of my greatest TPU prints was my literal wallet. None of these were in this tpu. My father asked me to print him a wallet like mine, but in blue, he really liked the picture of the ziro blue so I went with this filament. This came in typical Ziro packaging, with cleaning filiment and a gorgeous matte purple pla that I preempted my father's wallet for to print a calibration dragon. It was beautiful. That was the last successful print from this box.First this kept clogging my dual gear extruder. I double checked the hardness, it lists at 95a, same as other TPU I regularly run. So I dried it.... for 24 hours. In the meantime I printed some tpu off an old spool, no issues. After drying it printed for a little while, but it blobbed horribly. Most tpu I can run at 220, this I had to go up to 230. It blobed like hell. It would cause my extruder to spit random burnt chunks and then the nozel eould inevitably get caught on m o n e and yank the print off the bed. I have had almost a quarter of a spool of print failures in three days. It is the only tpu I have printed that doesn't stick to the bed or itself. I have tried multiple nozels, multiple temperatures, multiple flow rates, nothing. And after a few hours it stopped printing and started just veering into my gears again. The thing that's really annoying, I swap to other tpu, same gcode and 220, boom, looks correct. This spool was just bad.I don't know if this was just sent to me really wet, or if I just received a bad spool, but I have experienced nothing but failure. I love Ziro's pla, but this TPU is actual garbage.
