Tips for Printing Due to the addition of carbon fiber, this carbon fiber ABS black metal filament can wear out and clog stock 0.4mm brass nozzles rapidly. A larger diameter (0.6mm or more), abrasion-resistant steel nozzle is highly recommended, and keep your nozzles clean between every several prints or so. For a better finish and layer adhesion, we would also suggest drying it before printing. Print Temp 220°C - 260°C, Bed Temp 80°C - 100°C, Fan Speed 0%, Print Speed 40-100mm/s.

This filament has been more than impressive. I was initially concerned with the higher price tag but it did not disappoint whatsoever. With typical engineering filament precautions in place such as an enclosed printer, 100c capable bed, 300c extruder and low fan speeds, it prints easily. so easily in fact the temps were backed off and settled at around 260c hotend 90c bed. I started to really push the filament and kept my normal asa speeds (120 outer wall 160 inner) and it kept up no issues. Spot on diameter, im about halfway through the spool and no crossovers, neatly wound. It flows easily so there's no tendency to buckle inside the extruder as some more viscous filaments tend to do.The carbon fiber blend surface texture is typical of what you would see in many other asa/abs/petg blends which means the layer lines are almost invisible. Where this filament truly shines though is that none of its properties have been sacrificed for its looks. We don't know what the blend is but rather than some petg PC derivative that fails under 90c, this keeps going. It maintains at LEAST(there's a however coming) a 100c thermal deformation temperature. which is what iSanghu says it should be new, HOWEVER(here it is), i observed this to be substantially higher like upwards of 120c and more typical of a true PC filaments temperature. however however, I have not completed testing its point of failure but will update when able.I was initially skeptical of this filament. So many other manufacturers sacrifice temp resistance and strength in favor of beauty and ease of printability. Those same companies are also cutting corners and turning out average level "engineering" filaments. This filament is not thatDue to my concerns with this higher priced filament and the feeling i may be let down again, I reached out to iSanghu and asked about the filaments warp tendency and if I was going to be cursing at this filament the way i sometimes do with nylon. I've messaged a few manufactures and while most are great companies, these guys are truly a class act. I feel like finding a company where you feel like your concerns are actually taken into account these days is extremely rare. Where you feel like they're listening, working with you, and developing the product we want vs the product they dont care if we want but spend more time throwing at us anyway. Instead companies focus more time and attention into the art of "pretending" to listen to the customer. They focus energy and effort to make the customer believe that our opinion is valued and our feedback is making a difference. these guys actually care and they know keep us happy makes them happy. win win. At the same time, all time great filament makers are falling from grace and cutting corners in their filaments hoping that it wont be noticed, yet it is. iSanghu is making moves, their catering products directly to us and doing so at not a breakneck pace, as innovation takes time, but certainly steady researched pace and overall faster than the others can fix the corner cutting and attempt to salvage what reputation they have left. If iSanghu keeps it up and keeps giving us the specialty filaments with the characteristics we want and pulling the filaments that don't cut it, they'll be on top in no time. they got my vote 100%tl:dr easy to print strong, beautiful 260hotend 90c bed around 20% fan, 120 outer wall 150 inner. High temp resistance with unknown ceiling temp. will update when highest thermal deformation temp duplicated in succession. iSanghu will take care of you should you have any issues.
