Worked fine. Printed like PLA and burned out like wax. Couldn't ask for more.I have worked with a few various casting materials, so I was pleased to see this product come out. Generally speaking, I am pleased with the output, though I think that running it at a nozzle diameter of less than .04 is going to cause you troubles. I can get about one print out of any nozzle of .03 before I have to replace them. .02 nozzle just will not even print once.It does have fairly good bed adhesion, even directly on glass, but be careful that prolonged heat will cause it to warp, so I suggest only heating the bed on the base layer, then just turning the heated bed off or run it at like 30°.Works greatThis product burned out 100% it looks like. Other Poly products like polymax and polysmooth will print so much better. But these other polys will not burn clean for casting. Polycast will burn clean. You will get ash from the others. I have used at least 10 rolls and getting the settings right is still an ongoing process. I am now using 60 degrees C, for the bed and after 5 layers going up to 75. this will keep the part stuck. When the bed cools off the part will break off. Prints well enough to get a good looking casting. You can sand the part to get lines out. Put it in polisher for a smooth finish. Using the prints for lost wax casting. If you are using for silicon casting or epoxy cast maybe use a better printing product like polymax. Wasn’t that great to be honest. Had to burn it out in kiln at very high temp and it smelled horrible. Didn’t get a good cast. However though I do admit that I’m a beginner at metal casting so weigh that into the decision.Tried fabricating a skeletonized lightweight gear for a device in prototyping. Filament adhered (w/ glue stick) and printed extremely well using specified (essentially PLA) settings. Cast the mold, dried / cured, preheated and stepped up the temp. At 850F the investment cracked and fell apart, revealing how the part itself had expanded and started to burn without so much as a single drip out of the mold. Not happy with this product at all - doesn't work for it's intended purpose.Amazing filament. The written description is very poor. You can use for "lost wax" but the page included says you need to go up to 2100f, and then cool it, and wash with water. Product is as advertised. Have not used it in casting yet. But works well on the printer
