This is an interesting filament. It prints very nicely with a matte finish. I can be pushed to a fairly fast speed. I was able to use a 0.4 mm nozzle and print at 200 mm/sec without skipping at 220 degC. If there are any sharp corners it will try to curl up. I could only prevent that by slowing down and lowering temp to 195 degC. It is not rigid but a little flexible. I would not use it if a rigid part is needed. I like this filament and have used the Black color and the Grey color. I plan on ordering some more colors to test them out.Worked fine. Be sure to keep it dryI really like this PLA. Seems less brittle than other PLA's. I was initially concerned with the filament being a bit 'softer' as I threaded it into my printer, but I'm confident the results are sturdy. Stringing and blobbing don't happen more than any other PLA I've printed with. (Still tweaking my retraction settings.) Excellent layer adhesion, sticks well to my textured PEI surface without warping. I print 220 1st layer and 210 the rest.Comes in resealable ziplock bag and cardboard spool. My spool holder doesn't rotate, so the cardboard vibrated and resisted the extruder pull a bit, but a bit of kapton tape wrapped around the holder reduced the friction. I recommend a spool holder that rotates for these cardboard spools.Even after leaving it out in the humid air for a couple weeks, the quality was impressive enough to motivate me to write this review. I'll be back for more.I got this filament on a Black Friday sale for around 15 dollars per roll. The matte is very good and works great to hide the layer lines. The print quality is great most of the time. It does tend to have tiny holes on the surface after retractions but it does not appear on large objects. This started happening after I had the filament for a while and was somewhat mitigated after turning off "Retract before outer wall" in Cura. I also print 205℃ on the nozzle and with 3.5mm of retraction at 25mm/s, but this might be different depending on your printer and your specific roll. This little bucket was printed in Fossil Grey, Sunrise Orange, and Glossy White. This is the first PLA I bought to go with my 3d printer. Paired with an Anycubic Vyper, I'm running this at 6mm/s @ 190° with a little bit of stringing. Benchy prints well with exception of the top of the arches and some globby stringing in the interior of the cabin. Increased temps produced worse results. Dropping the print speed down produced more, thin strings in the arches. This is my first PLA so I can't speak to comparisons, but for some taller objects, I've had to increase the wall thickness a bit as I have broken a couple of parts trying to get them off of the bed. For simple prints where perfection isn't required, this may fit the bill. This material has become my preferred prototyping filament. The material is quite consistent and the spool it comes on is easier than most to dispose of. I can print fast with this material and still get excellent dimensional accuracy. It should be noted that this stuff likes to be printed on the hot side for PLA and your extrusion multiplier will probably need to be bumped up a little. In my printers I run it at 225-230C and get excellent layer adhesion. This stuff prints ok when it’s not saturated with water. Not good for parts that need to be strong if you’re just making some crap for the house that doesn’t need to be strong it’s fine for that but if you’re making any kind of cosplay helmets suits or weaponry it’s garbage it’s really weak filament it cracks very easilyTook over 15 times to finally get a successful print using charcoal colored filament. I'm using a ender3 with a glass bed and micro Swiss upgraded drive and hot end. Settings that finally worked without pealing up: retraction- 4, print speed 40mm, printing temp 210, bed temp 60, with a brim and ample amounts of hairspray. I was using Sunlu and decided to try Polyterra because it was American made. Due to the fact it took so long to dial in and wouldn't have if it wasn't for other Amazon reviews, I don't think I'll be buying anymore. The jury is still out on this and there are a few other brands I want to try out.prints very well and it also comes well packagedI like the print quality and the price was good
