Product Features

?【Upgraded H2 500℃ Extruder】Maximum printing temperature is 500℃. In order to meet the printing needs of some special filaments, the high temperature printing kit has been upgraded. And compatible with most filaments on the market. This enables the devices to print with engineering-grade materials such as polyamide, polycarbonate, PEI/Ultem, and even PEEK.

?【Upgraded heat break and nozzle】All metal Titanium Alloy heat break, no Teflon tube, stronger high temperature resistance; nozzle made of high temperature resistant hardened steel, heating up quickly, ensuring normal discharge under high temperature conditions. Smooth inner wall and smooth extrusion. Long service life, easy installation and replacement.

?【Superior cooling system】 Equipped with fan-based cooling system, 9000Rpm fan, stronger heat dissipation, in addition, it still adopts BIQU H2 integrated design, streamlined heat dissipation structure, to achieve ultra-efficient heat dissipation. The hot end is pre-assembled for easy installation. Integrated structure, easy to disassemble

?【High-quality heating aluminum block】Using red copper (Purple copper) nickel-plated heating aluminum block, the heat conduction is stronger, and it will not change color at 500 ℃, which can quickly melt the filament. so that you have more opportunities to choose the printing method you want

?【Quality Commitment】 All products are quality inspected before delivery. If you have any questions and suggestions about the product quality, If you encounter any problems during the printing process, please feel free to contact us, we will provide professional customer service within 24 hours and provide lifetime technical support

For the weight this is the best all around hot end and extruder combination. This is the 3rd one I have used the first one I put on my ender 6, I also put one on my ender 3v2, and my T22. I have had 0 problems with them and the print quality is great. This is not an out of the box swap you will have to provide your own part cooling solution and mounting plate adapter, these can be found on "Thingiverse" or "Thangs". You will also have to adjust your extrusion steps.Over all this is my favorite so far and I think most everyone will experience quality improvements.Installed in Ender 6 and works well.Print your own mount and fan mount(Which can be found on Thingiverse) for your 3d printer type before installing a new extruder and changing the offset and filament feed step.Good budget extruder if you are not planning to high temp filament.I bought the H2 extruder on Prime Day originally, and my first one had a few issues that BIQU solved very quickly. I was very impressed to say the least by not only the customer service but the extruder. You know this thing is small before you order it, but then you get it in your hands. Even when I got my second one of these I was in awe over how light and small it really is. This thing is about as close to perfect as it gets.I would like to see a few small changes with the product, but they are mostly petty gripes. The cables are really short, not really a deal breaker, just makes you question why they provide such short cables. I would also like to see the grub screws come preinstalled. They are tiny and I am sure at least one person who has bought this extruder has lost one. Again, not a big deal, and I understand why they are not preinstalled. You would have to loosen and re tighten them when installing the extruder anyway.I would also like to see an all metal version of this, but it is cheap and easy to convert this to an all metal hotend. It would just be nice if it was an option from factory.Bottom line, I love it. It is the best extruder I have installed by far. There are plenty of mounts already out there for this, but if for some reason your printer does not have a mount, it is extra easy to make one. This thing really is the gold standard and what I will compare all other extruder/hotends to in the future.been using regularly for few weeks now with zero issues. what ever they've had wrong in the past seems to be fixed.i have a modded ender3 running klipper. be sure to set retractions to like 1mm and 25mm/s. couple times i left this set to default 5mm at 45mm/s it doesn't sound good at all for the extruder.typically run 80-100mm/s and 3000 for accelerationbeen mostly printing petg, little bit of pla. haven't ran any tpu yet.will update if opinion changes. but overall satisfiedAlmost completely eliminated my problem with stringing and stirpping filament. Definitely much higher quality than the v1 and not much heavier than a Bowden type. I'm able to get higher detail and I've cranked this up to 150 mm/s with no ringing issues on a core xy. I did still pull this apart and wash and lube it as well as strip the paint from the servo for better heat dissipation and a teeny weight savings so this is not a base line review I guess.Extruder was great but the screws were just too tight, at least in the on I bought. My thermistor got stuck and after it stopped working it was impossible to take out. Same with the screws on the sides and the heatbreak, they all felt super tight and almost impossible to take out.Printing is great on the BIQU, but when I needed to replace something in it, it was a nightmare.Ender 3 Pro - SKR v1.4Turbo - TCM2209 - Klipper FirmwareThis is was an excellent choice in Extruder upgrade!I was a little sad that for the price, it does NOT include:-Any mounting-Part Cooling Fan-PTFE Guide Tube fittingOK, now so lets talk about what it does have. It's got plenty of places for mounting screws and pretty versatile as to what can be used for mounting. It does come with it's own HE Fan, which runs pretty quietly. It has a heft Heating Rod and a good sized Thermistor. After running a PID Calibrate with Klipper firmware and Fluidd interface, then updating the values to firmware, the nozzle heats up so fast! So much faster than Ender 3 Pro's stock Hotend. For extruder steps, i used the following in Klipper:rotation_distance: 23gear_ratio: 32:16, 56:16I like the Biqu H2 but it really isn’t as straight forward as I’d like. I knew installing it would be an in depth process but my gears in the gearbox were bound up upon delivery. After disassembly and greasing (they ship dry) they moved freely. However then it made an awful clicking noise on retractions that was maddening to hear. I contacted Biqu who sent a poor quality video of how to adjust it. After “adjusting” it, it still clicks just not as badly now. After tuning it prints beautifully, but I probably won’t use one again and will spend the extra money for a Hemera.
