Package Include: 1X Filament Connector 1X Wrench (Note: Other accessories are not include.) Instruction of the filament connector Trim the two filament heads that need to be connected. Straighten the filament head by hand. One filament head passes through the big end of the filament welder. The other one filament head passes through the small end of the filament welder until it exposes 1-3mm. Heat for 5-7 seconds to make it softened.(This heating time is mainly for ordinary PLA,ABS, other harder filament should be slightly longer) Then quickly push the filament from the small end into the small hole at the big end,squeeze the two ends gently so that the two ends are jointed together. Then push out the filament until it can be easily trimmed. Trim and sand the joint with a knife gently and make sure that it will feed through an extruder without issue. This is not a perfect design, but for the price and the fact that it had worked well for me for several prints I can't say much bad about it. It is hard to splice with this tool by yourself but it can be managed. I would give it a few practice runs before splicing to print. Once you figure it out you can make reliable splices that print flawlessly.
