The filament itself seems to be fine, but the box arrived with the vacuum seal package punctured and the spool is cracked and broken. I let it sit in my dryer box for 8 hours and I did print a test print successfully, but will need to respool this filament to use it further. One of the spokes on the spool is broken, and the plastic is pushed back and into the filament itself. Also the box wasn't damaged at all, which makes me wonder if it left the factory in this condition.UPDATE:Despite mentioning that the filament printed, and regardless that I had not reached out to them directly, a service rep contacted me on Amazon inquiring about what happened after I left this review. I sent him a pic of the damaged spool and a brief description of the condition, and they sent me a new spool of filament without further issue. This is a great example of proactive customer service, and I'm very happy with the way they handled this. I think this shows that they stand behind their product, and demonstrates a willingness to listen to their customers.
