Product Description

AquaSys GP is a water-soluble support filament that is a superior alternative to PVA. Its compatible with PLA and other entry level build materials. Designed to help users print more parts in less time, it dissolves in room temperature tap water—all while giving complex designs the high-quality support they need.

Product Features

Absolute solubility. AquaSys GP dissolves in plain tap water. No laborious removal process. No harsh chemicals.

Match your material. AquaSys GP is compatible with commonly used polyester resins, including PLA, PET, and PETG.

Finish faster. AquaSys GP dissolves 20X faster than a leading brand of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) at room temperature.

Print with confidence. AquaSys GP provides high-performance stability, supporting engineered thermoplastics in chamber temperatures up to 30°C.

AquaSys GP has been validated for use on printers such as Tumaker NX Pro and BIGFoot, Titan Atlas, Arburg freeformer, UltiMaker, AON3D, Intamsys, Raise3D and many more. Use on single head systems with automatic material switching stations (Bambu, Mosaic) is not recommended.

Customer Reviews

First off, I saw another review, the only other one at the time of the product and they mentioned they got this product free for review. Well, please send me a roll because I paid for mine, purchased it based on what it was supposed to be about to do and... well AquaSys GP knocks it out of the park but... and there is always a but, don't try to use it on a single extruding head if you are using PLA. PLA typically runs at a lower temperature than this product and it would be difficult to run two temps on one extruder effectively.Okay, so you are probably NOT buying this product unless you are doing some production work and actually have a printer with two or more extruders. Then it is the product that dreams are made out of.Yes, I can print anything, any shape I want, put the final print in a cup / bucket of water and wait 30-60 min and this product which will make up your support will completely dissolve leaving you with a perfect print. For the pictured print I had the Aquasys in a heated dry box to keep it ... dry, although it is supposed to be stable I take no chances. Extruder temperature was set at 225°C, works perfectly. You can see the lattice it set up under the print, set your slicer to use the extruder with the Aquasys for your supports and the other extruder for your model material and you are good to go!
