Selected color Grey ASA filament 2.85mm ( similar to Grey ABS filament 2.85mm )
♻️ 【Cardboard Spool】 - Comes in upgraded 3.0 version packaging with fully recycled cardboard spool and box
⚙️ 【Printing Settings】 - Nozzle 250˚C; Bed 90˚C; Speed 50mm/s (Settings can be adjusted depending on the 3D printer, you can refer to the 3d printer abs 2.85mm filament settings) To print large parts without warping issue, we recommend using an enclosed printer to maintain a warm enviroment around the print. Using BuildTak or Magigoo can help with the bed adhesion
This has quickly become my go to filament. While a bit more expensive than PLA it shares some important traits as long as you have a heated bed and and enclosure to help avoid warping. Polymaker hasn't let me down yet. Each roll has been consistent in its printing, haven't run into a random out of diameter spot in the spool, and prints fantastic on a UM3 with a heated bed and simple top enclosure. Sticks to the glass with just Elmers glue sticks so no need for fancy and expensive bed adhesion. Let the print cool naturally and it just pops off the glass. Never had a problem with warping even with prints lasting over 24 hours. Prints greater than 6hrs I'll typically print with a brim, and anything else just a skirt. I've printed Polymaker ASA in Grey, Red, Blue, and Natural. Natural is my go to for anything requiring post processing with primer and paint.
